Combo Class


Combo combines gentle strength and conditioning exercises, balance work, has a targeted core strength segment and concludes with guided stretching.

If you have tried other exercise classes and have experienced difficulty getting up and down from the floor you don't have to worry about this in the Combo  Workshop. All the floor activity is  grouped together. Mobility issues can be forgotten.

It is the perfect solution for seniors or people wanting to take things a little bit more easy.
